2026 Scholarship Program

Guidelines:

The scholarships are awarded each year to a student who currently attends a college or university with an
Accreditation Board of Engineering and Technology (ABET) accredited engineering program in the Fall of 2026.

Students must plan on attending a college or university in the state of Texas and must remain in the engineering
program.

Available Scholarships:

Three (3) $2,000 one-time scholarships are available for colleges within the State of Texas

Program Guidelines & Priorities:

Scholarship funds will be paid in the Fall of 2026.
Applicants must have the endorsement of their Guidance Counselor on their application attesting that they are a qualified fit for this scholarship program. TSPE Preston Trail Chapter strongly suggests that each College or university present this opportunity to the strongest applicants who match this program’s guidelines. The application deadline is May 29th, 2026, by 5:00 p.m (CT). to be received. Any application received after the deadline
will not be considered.

The applications will be reviewed, and recipients will be selected by a committee from TSPE Preston Trail Chapter.

The scholarships will be awarded at the July 2026 TSPE Board Meeting. Winning recipients will be contacted directly through the email provided in the application.
